New Delhi: The air quality of Delhi-NCR may have improved slightly, but pollution is not yet low. Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) remained in the very poor category. At the same time, now the cold will start showing its color. According to the forecast of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the country's capital Delhi and surrounding areas are going to experience severe cold in the next few days.  

According to IMD, the temperature of the country's capital is expected to fall further from December 13. While from December 15 onwards, the winter will increase. Delhi's maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to drop by two degrees in the next few days. According to IMD, the cold will increase from December 14. By December 16, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 24 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to reach 6 degrees Celsius. At the same time, talking about air quality, the air quality in the capital is still in the 'very poor' category today (Sunday). According to IMD, Delhi's minimum temperature was recorded at around 9 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal.

The maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be around 27 degrees Celsius on December 11. According to the IMD forecast, smog and fog are likely to prevail in Delhi for the next few days. Also, by December 16, the temperature can fall to 6 degrees Celsius.
