Patna: The capital of Bihar, Patna, is now witnessing the impact of Cyclone Jawad. The sun is surrounded by clouds. Sometimes the sun's rays are visible tearing through the cloud. The cyclone Jawad will hit the coast of Orissa tomorrow. On the other hand, the cold wave conditions have also increased in Patna. The minimum temperature is showing a decline due to fog. The temperature has been further low at night. Traffic on the road remained low in the morning between fog and fog. The Met department has predicted that the partial impact of The Jawad Storm will be seen in Bihar.

The eastern part of Bihar will receive light rain on December 4 and 5, while the entire Bihar will be partly cloudy. Patna's visibility has been the lowest at 800 metres within the last 24 hours. Light drizzle is forecast at some places in eastern parts of the state on December 5, which means the fourth day with the weather remaining dry for three days.

The Met department said that strong winds are likely to blow over the north Andhra Pradesh coast and Odisha coast at a speed of 65 kmph for the next 12 hours from Saturday evening. Director-General of Meteorology Mrityunjay Mohapatra said that the cyclonic storm will turn into a major storm in the sea and winds will blow at a speed of 110 kmph. The wind speed may be 80 kmph from morning on Sunday to the next 12 hours.
