For the past few days, the possibility of heavy rain is being speculated. India is badly affected by the heat. The possibility of rain has given relief to people across the country. However, it is raining heavily in some places, but not a single drop of rain has fallen in the cities of many states of North India. Now a rain alert has been issued for many such cities. According to the India Meteorological Department, many cities may receive rain in the coming hours. The Meteorological Department has released the seasonal forecast of the country.

The IMD said in a tweet that during the last 2 hours, thunderstorms will occur in and around Chandausi, Badaun, Bareilly, and surrounding areas. Earlier, the Meteorological Department had spoken of thunderstorms in Moradabad, Amroha, Sambhal, Chandausi, Narora, Sahaswan, Etah, Badaun. The Meteorological Department had predicted rains for the next hours in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday morning. These included Loharu, Mahendragarh, Narnaul, Bijnor, Meerut, Sambhal, Chandausi, Narora and Sahaswan, where it was reported that there will be thunderstorms in the districts and surrounding areas with rain. There is a possibility of heavy rains today (Saturday) in Gujarat, as well as parts of Delhi.

The MeT department has predicted that there is a possibility of thunderstorms at different places in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi along with lightning, thunderstorms, and winds. Strong winds are expected over the southwest, west-central and east-central Arabian Sea and Maharashtra coast and over the central Bay of Bengal. The Meteorological Department has also advised fishermen not to go around the sea in the areas where alerts have been issued.
