The Meteorological Department has issued a big statement regarding the changing geology situation. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Saurashtra region and surrounding areas of Gujarat. The low pressure of rain seems to be moving in the northwest direction. From this information received from the meteorological department, it is likely that there will be heavy rains in the coming 24 hours.
It is being speculated that light rains are being expressed in some parts of Odisha including Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Ganjam, Gajapati, Kandhamal districts. It is believed that in these districts, there may be a slow rain with thunder glow in 14 hours. According to the Meteorological Department, Gujarat is not going to get rid of rain for the next four to five days. Rain activities will continue in different areas of the state.
Apart from this, the Meteorological Department said that the weather in the Bay of Bengal is taking a new turn. In this change of weather, the flow of winds is seen in northeast and eastern India. If the flow of these winds remains the same, then from July 9, the flow of winds coming from the Arabian Sea is likely to turn towards northwest India. The same is expected to cause heavy to very heavy rains over Gujarat as well as northern parts of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim and northeastern states. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rainfall is possible in many areas of Uttarakhand on 11 and 12 July.
