The must awaited Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 has released on Thursday and film is gaining positive response from the fans. Its is doing very well at box office and breaking the many box office records. Within three days, the film has entered the 200-crore club.

2.0 was one of the most anticipated films of the year, for it brings together Akshay Kumar and South superstar Rajinikanth on-screen for the first time and going by the box office numbers, clearly, 2.0 is breaking all records. 2.0 is a sci-fi film directed by Shankar, and while Akshay Kumar plays the role of an antagonist the Crow Man, Rajinikanth is essaying the role of Chitti the Robot, the ultimate savior.  

On Day 1, 2.0 earned Rs 20.25 crores at the box office, on Day 2, the film earned Rs 18 crores. Although the film had witnessed a slight drop at the box office but 2.0 continued its stronghold and thanks to the opening weekend, 2.0 is on a roll and has earned Rs 400 crore worldwide. Trade Analyst Ramesh Bala shared the box office numbers of the film. The Tweet reads, on , “#2Point0 is the No.1 Movie in the World for the Nov 29th – Dec 2nd Weekend with ~  400 Crs [57.14 M] Gross WW Opening Weekend, it beats No.2 #FantasticBeasts ‘s this Weekend Gross of $51.40 M.”.

As per the reports, c2.0 have already earned Rs 370 crore through various sources and satellite rights. 2.0 is dubbed in 13 languages has been shot in Hindi and Tamil and is presented in both 2D and 3D formats. Now that the film has entered Rs 400 crore club and it is expected that it will soon cross 500 crore mark.
