Google on its launch event which was held on Wednesday, 4th October 2016 launched numerous devices among them was an artificial Intelligence powered device that is launched on the same concept as that of Amazon’s Alexa, Google Home. Home is AI device which is responsive to interactions and many more operations, rather than just playing songs for you on command.
It is cylindrical in shape and can be switched on by just a voice command; it gets your voice no matter how much noise. The device is powered with the new ‘Google Assistant’. It has two mic on top of the device which can understand your voice and differentiate it with other ambient noise. These mics can be muted also.
To initiate the device all you have to do is say “Ok! Google!’. The device can be connected to other internet based applications and devices and you can connect both your Android & Iphone to the Home with the help of an app. Google said, that as developers are getting into, sooner new features like booking a cab or buying tickets can be done from this device.
