Kolkata: TMC manifesto regarding West Bengal assembly elections is not going to be released today. It is indeed going to be the second time that TMC has postponed its manifesto release. If you remember, TMC had asked for the release of the manifesto today or on Sunday, but it could not happen. Yes, the manifesto is not going to be released today. Till now it has not been clear why TMC's plan to release the manifesto has been canceled today.

Now waiting for the announcement of the second date, which has not been done yet. In this case, the party says that it will announce a second date soon. By the way, if you know, TMC's manifesto was going to be released on the occasion of Mahashivratri, but this could not happen due to injury to CM Mamta Banerjee in Nandigram. After that, the party had to postpone the release of the manifesto. During that time Mamata Banerjee was undergoing treatment at the hospital, which is why the party did not want to issue the manifesto. On Saturday, TMC announced that it will issue its manifesto on 14 March, but now it is 14 March and this has not been possible even today. So far, the reason behind not releasing TMC's manifesto has not been revealed.

The first phase of assembly elections is going to be held in West Bengal on 27th March and TMC has not yet issued its manifesto. This is being said to be a matter of concern. You will know that CM Mamata Banerjee is in the fray from Nandigram and she is competing with Shubhendu Adhikari, the veteran leader of his own party. Now it has to be seen what is going to happen next.
