Kolkata: The budget session of West Bengal is starting from February 5, but this time also the budget session is starting without the Governor's address. On 27 January in the New Year, the government of Mamata called a two-day session of the assembly to pass a resolution against the three agricultural laws of the central government, which was started without the Governor's address.

Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar had raised questions on this. He said that adherence to the constitution is mandatory and inevitable. After this, the budget session is starting again without the Governor's address. According to Article 176, in the first session of every year, the Governor will address the Legislative Assembly, but it is only the West Bengal Legislative Assembly where it is not done that the Governor's address was not made. At the same time, now the budget session is starting from February 5 and again this session will start without the Governor's address.

According to the information, Governor Jagdeep is disappointed with the decision to present the interim budget without Dhankhar's address. He has said that this is the last session before the assembly elections and the common man has the right to know what the government has done in five years. The governor expressed regret that the people of the state are being deprived of their rights.
