Kolkata: West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has attacked the Narendra Modi government over the situation in Kashmir. Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee said, "Today is World Humanitarian Day. There has been a total violation of human rights in Kashmir. Let us pray for human rights and peace in Kashmir. Human Rights is a subject that is very close to my heart. I protested on the street for 21 days against the detention deaths of some people in 1995," he said.

Earlier on Sunday, referring to the mysterious disappearance of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the great freedom fighter of India and convener of the Azad Hind Fauj, CM Mamata Banerjee said that people have the right to know what happened to Netaji. Mamata Banerjee tweeted, "On the same day in 1945, Netaji boarded a flight to Taiwan's Taihoku airport and disappeared forever."

TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee further said, "We don't even know what happened to her today. People have the right to know about the great son of the earth. A section of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's family and some researchers believe Netaji died in a plane crash at Taihoku airport.
