Siliguri: There is big news about BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya and West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh. An FIR has been registered on both of these in Siliguri in the state. It is being said that both these senior BJP leaders are accused of inciting people to violence. Soon West Bengal assembly elections are due next year. Now the BJP has already started campaigning.

These days, many veterans of the BJP are seen entering the election rallies. Today, BJP's national president JP Nadda is going to campaign in Mamata Banerjee's constituency Bhawanipur. It can be inferred that the BJP wants to win elections in the state in any case.

Earlier, violence had erupted in Siliguri in the state during the BJP's 'Uttarkanya Abhiyan' and during this time a BJP worker was also killed. The BJP announced a bandh in North Bengal on December 8 for this. During that time, the party alleged that the worker died due to police firing. West Bengal Police said in a tweet, "According to the post mortem report, the death occurred due to shotgun injuries." The police do not use shotguns. It is clear that yesterday's rally in Siliguri brought armed men and opened fire with firearms.
