Kolkata: West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar has met Union Home Minister Amit Shah at his residence at 11:30 am today. After meeting Home Minister Amit Shah, the Governor of West Bengal has said, "I could never have imagined that senior members like IAS and IPS can relinquish the rights in this way. We have a state security advisor who is a retired DGP, what does he do? Is he for carrying out political acts? "

The Bengal Governor further said, "What do we have in West Bengal? Al-Qaeda, spreading its pointed teeth, people being arrested. We have an illegal bomb-making factory and in every incident, the bombs are flying freely, people are being taken in ambulances. After all, what are these people doing?" Dhankar is having disputes with CM Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal on many issues.

He said, "The constitution is being ignored in West Bengal, democracy is being abolished in Bengal." He also said, 'Illegal weapons and bombs are being made and Al Qaeda is spreading its wings in the state'. Mamata Banerjee has previously accused Dhankar of running a "parallel government" in the state. While the Governor has been continuously raising the issue of law and order in West Bengal, he had earlier said that the situation here is very worrisome.
