Kolkata: A tragic accident has been reported in West Bengal's capital Kolkata where two people, including a 12-year-old child, were killed in a fire at a building. The incident occurred in a five-story residential building at Ganesh Chandra Avenue in Kolkata. The fire department staff worked hard to evacuate the people out of the house, but two people died.

West Bengal Fire Minister Sujit Bose has informed that the building has been evacuated and the situation is fully under control. After a sudden fire, people started fleeing here and there. The death toll includes an elderly woman beside a 12-year-old boy. An official said that the boy was very scared, and that is why he jumped from the third floor and died.
