Kolkata: A strange incident has come to light in Kolkata Medical College in West Bengal, where you are getting pulses, rice, non-veg and vegetables for 20 rupees in the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology (RIO) department. It will sound a bit strange and good too. Because how can you get a plate cheaply from it? But let me tell you that it is wrong and illegal as well.

Because it is alleged that the hospital staff (who work to deliver food to different wards of the hospital) steal this food of the patients and sell it to the family of the patients for just Rs. 20. The allegation has been made by the patient's family members, who say that they have also argued several times with the hospital staff, because those people are wrongly asking for 20 rupees for these people for breakfast and lunch. is.

The matter did not stop here only, it is alleged that the council of patients warned many times that food should be given properly for the patients. Also, the quantity of food in which rice, fish and vegetables are given in abundant quantity by the state government. But the employees here reduce this quantity. Staff are stealing this food illegally and dividing it into two parts within the ward and selling it to two people for money.
