Delhi: The government will disclose its budget for the 2018-19 fiscal years on this Thursday Feb 1 2018. India's economy is projected to post growth of 6.75 per cent in the 2017-18 fiscal years ending in March after having Disturbance by the roll out of GST and the effects of demonetization (Note ban).

AGRICULTURE

1) Set up fund to guarantee credit to support investment in agriculture sector

2) Assign additional funds for crop insurance schemes

3) Increase spending for dams and canals, micro irrigation systems

4) Endow with subsidies for building cold storage to keep away from wastage of perishable crops

5) Cut fertilizer subsidies

IT/TECH

1) Endow with greater incentives for digital transactions

2) Support digital payments infrastructure

3) Rationalize tariff structure, excise duties for mobile phones, tablet computers and all gadgets.

4) Cut GST rates for telecom services to 12 per cent from 18 per cent

AUTO

1) Declare policy on scrapping commercial vehicles that do not meet the terms with emission norms if operational for over 15 years

2) Reduce GST rates on electric vehicles, presently at 12 per cent
