The corona epidemic has created panic across the country. The second wave of infection has not yet brought relief to the people that another crisis has come to the fore. A new life-threatening disease has hit the central country of the corona epidemic. The disease, which is becoming an enemy of people's lives, is called Mucomysis, which is called black fungus. The disease is continuously spreading in the country. After Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, the disease has now reached Uttar Pradesh. The risk of the disease has increased to such an extent that some patients are dying. Let us tell you about this disease.

What is Black Fungus (Mucomysis) Disease:-
In fact, mucomysis fungus is a disease related to infection. The disease is transmitted by a type of fungus or fungus. The spores or spores of this fungus are naturally present in the atmosphere. In general, there is no crisis, but if the immunity system of the body is weak, they prove fatal. Sugar patients are falling prey to this disease more. In this disease, fungus infection accumulates near the veins of the eye, which stops the blood flow of the central retinal artery. This causes loss of eyesight. Black fungus infection has been observed in corona infected patients or some patients who have recovered from corona. The infection has been commonly found in people whose body is weak in fighting a disease.

How the body affects the black fungus:-
Through the eye, nose, this fungus reaches the brain and eliminates the bone and skin on the way and has a very high mortality rate. Dr. M.B. Singh, senior doctor at CVO Hospital in Lucknow, considers the fungus fatal but does not feel the need to be afraid of it. Doctors say that only any of the patients who live on the support of oxygen and ventiletors for a very long time and whose sugar is uncontrolled are also being hunted by the fungus.

Symptoms of black fungus:-
If you talk about its symptoms, the disease has so far seen severe headaches, redness in the eyes, watery eyes, closure of eye movements. Symptoms of the disease include nasal congestion, swelling of eyes and cheeks or swelling of the entire face. Sometimes the black crust begins to freeze on the nose. Pain under the eyes or headache and fever are also symptoms. According to some experts, the infection begins with the nose, from where it goes to the upper jaw and then reaches the brain.

Three major causes of disease growth:-
According to some media reports, there are three main causes of the disease to grow, including the rampant use of corona, diabetes and steroids. A corona patient already suffering from some diseases has a reduced ability to fight other diseases. The body of the patients is unable to cope with external infections and at the same time the fungus attacks. In addition, diabetics are at double the risk. The third reason is the high use of steroids, which are also used in the treatment of corona. This also affects immunity.

What is the treatment of black fungus:-
According to doctors, mucomysis is a type of fungal infection that passes through the nose and eye to the brain and kills the patient. Treatment is possible if mucomysis is a disease and is detected in time. One of the remedies is to identify the symptoms as quickly as possible and contact the doctor. People who come fighting corona should pay special attention to its symptoms. According to some doctors, once the infection reaches the brain, no treatment will work. That is, if you notice any symptoms, consult a doctor without delay.
