Play brain games: Play games like Sudoku, chess or mental maths, which will keep your mind active.
Set time limits: Limit the time you spend on your phone. There are many apps that alert you if you are using your phone too much.
Use pen and paper: Use pen and paper to write grocery lists, phone numbers etc. so that you are not dependent on your phone for everything.
Get enough sleep: Avoid binge watching and get enough sleep. Plan to watch movies on holidays, but do not compromise on sleep.
