New Delhi: More than 77 lakh workers have registered on the 'e-Shram' portal so far. Registration can be done from the e-Shram portal of the central government. e-Shram is of great use to you if your EPF is not cut or covered by ESIC. Just be over 16 years of age and under 60 years of age. Workers working in the unorganized sector can apply for e-Shram cards. Accident insurance of Rs. 2 lakh will be available as soon as you register without spending one rupee. Also, there are many other benefits.

If you also want to create an e-Shram card, you can apply for it by visiting the official website https://eshram.gov.in/home. Just keep your Aadhaar card with you. You can also seek the help of common service centres across the country to make e-Shram cards. After registration, an e-Shram card will be issued along with the universal account number (UAN) of the person. The government has also inserted 14434 toll-free numbers for registration, where all information related to it can be accessed. Through this portal, state governments can also register your workers.

Process of e-Shram Card Registration:-
 
- First of all, go to the official website https://eshram.gov.in/.
- Click on the Self Registration tab.
- Login through OTP from the Aadhaar related number. Submit Aadhaar number.
- Now the information will appear on the next screen and you need to accept it.
- Then fill out the form further.
- The first form will be of personal information.
- Residential details form must be filled.
- Educational qualifications have to be informed.
- Then check and save all the details.

Select what you want to do:-

- You have to select what kind of work you have to do.
- Select your work area in the list on the portal. If there is no option, check the PDF and fill in the code.
- Fill in bank account information. Insert the name and rest of the details.
- On doing OK, all the details will be available. Check and click OK.
- OTP will come on Mobile and your card will appear on the screen after filling it. It will also have a QR code.
