What is NCB?
The full name of the NCB is the Narcotics Control Bureau. It was established on March 17, 1986. It is headquartered in New Delhi. NCB is related to the Ministry of Home Affairs directly.

Functions and Powers of NCB:-
NCB is a secret agency designed to prevent and eliminate drug trafficking in India. Its main function is to prevent drug trafficking and to prevent drug abuse.

Qualifications for Officer in NCB:-
1- The applicant should have graduated from any subject from a university.
2- The age of the applicant should be between 21 years and 27 years. ST/SC get a discount of 5 years and OBC 3 years and PWD 10 years.

Process of becoming NCB Officer:-
* You can apply from the NCB portal for other posts in NCB.
* In order to become a sub-inspector in NCB, the applicant has to pass the SSC CGL exam first. Which occurs in 4 tiers.
