According to one research, in the days before periods, women's moods changes a lot. These days are hard for amlost every girl. Depression and tension is felt in these days. In medical language, it is called premenstrual dysphoric disorder meaning PMDD. In these days, the pain in addition to mood swings, the desire to eat and drink something special is normal. In normal language, this stage is also called premenstrual syndrome or PMS.

Even after research, the exact reasons have not been ascertained at present. Premenstrual syndrome is believed to be linked to the social, cultural, biological and psychological aspects of the woman. PMS is normally found in women who are between 20 and 40 years of age, who have children who have a history of depression in their families, about 50-60 per cent of women also have psychological problems in addition to the PMS.

The symptoms of PMS can be both physical and mental. Some physical problems such as headaches, pain in ankles, swelling of the legs and hands, back pain, heaviness and pain in the lower abdomen, looseness in the breasts, weight gain, acne, nogia, constiation, light and voice irritated and pain during periods can be seen. In addition, discomfort, confusion, difficulty in concentrating, difficulty in making decisions, amnesia, depression, anger, self-degrading tendencies, etc., are also symptoms of PMS. At the same time, we should take more care in this situation.
