Washington: The United States of America (US) is celebrating the 246th anniversary of its Independence Day today. Since independence from Britain in 1776, Independence Day is celebrated on the 4th of July every year in the United States. On this day, a holiday has been declared all over the country. On July 4, 1776, the U.S. Congress declared independence from Britain. America's Independence Day also hosts parades and barbecues. Americans also wear red, white, and blue on this day. Along with this, fireworks are called a very important part of the Independence Day celebrations in American history and tradition.

History of America's Independence Day: Like India, America was also a slave of the Britishers. Britishers also started torturing people in America. As a result, the confrontation between the Britishers and the Native Americans gradually began to escalate even faster. After a long struggle, on July 2, 1776, 12 of the 13 American colonies officially decided to secede from Great Britain and an appeal for independence was also made by the Continental Congress through a vote. Exactly two days later, on July 4, all the 13 colonies voted to adopt the declaration of independence and signed a declaration declaring themselves free. Since then, the United States has been celebrating its Independence Day.

He is also recognised as a freedom fighter fighting for freedom. After him, the capital of the United States is named. Reports say that America was discovered by Christopher Columbus by mistake. Columbus had set out from Europe to come to India by his ship but reached America by mistake. Later when Columbus reported that he had discovered a new island. So in many countries, there was a race to capture here. The British people came here in the largest number and took possession of themselves.
