MUMBAI: With their chats on the podcast "What The Hell Navya," the women of the Bachchan family, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Nanda, and Navya Naveli Nanda, have been lighting up social media.

While they had previously discussed financial freedom, this time the conversation was about female health and wellbeing, covering subjects like menopause, period stories, and sex education.

In a recent episode about "Biology: Blessed But Biased," Shweta Nanda made the following remarks about the idea of women's overall health and wellness: "Many women experience significant self-confidence loss, which often results in mental health problems and leaves you without support. Indian ladies have no knowledge of bone health. You don't realise how crucial calcium is for you once you reach a certain age since our bones simply start to deteriorate. We're notorious for it." The hosts, who represent three generations and bring a variety of viewpoints, seek to establish a safe space for women of all ages.

Jaya Bachchan feels that the conversation surrounding women is evolving extremely slowly. It ought to have made today's headlines, she said.

Women's healthcare platforms administered by men strike Navya as somewhat ironic.

IVM Podcasts' "What The Hell Navya" is set to be a riot, featuring a lot of real dialogues between the trio of Jaya, Shweta, and Navya. The hosts discuss their opinions on achieving financial independence, careers, love, parenting, and friendship in every episode.
