Paytm just made it easier for Android users to receive payments! It has launched a new feature called the "Receive Money QR Widget" that lets users display their QR code right on their home screen. 

One 97 Communications (OCL), the parent company of Paytm, India's top payment and financial services provider, has introduced a new feature for Android users. Known as the 'Receive Money QR Widget,' this feature allows users to display their QR code directly on their phone's home screen. This means they can receive money quickly without the need to open the Paytm app. Paytm is well-known for its innovations in QR codes, Soundboxes, and mobile payments.

This means you don't need to open the Paytm app to get paid. Simply add the widget to your home screen,  tap on top text area to switch and scroll themes.  This feature is especially useful for small business owners, influencers, and freelancers who need to get paid quickly.

The best part? You will get a cool coin-drop sound whenever someone pays you. It is like getting instant confirmation that the payment has gone through!

To add the Paytm QR Widget to your Android phone:

1. Open the Paytm app.
2. Tap on your profile icon.
3. Select "Add QR to Homescreen".
4. Confirm, and you're done!

Paytm is always coming up with new ways to make digital payments easier. You can link your bank account, create a UPI ID, and make seamless transactions online and offline.

It has also features like UPI Lite for small transactions, RuPay Credit Card linking, and an auto-pay service. And, if you are traveling abroad, you can even use Paytm for international UPI payments in places like the UAE, Singapore, and France.
