The payment service of WhatsApp, the world's most used multimedia messaging app, has been officially launched in Brazil. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has given this information in a Facebook post.

On the launch of WhatsApp payment service in Brazil, Mark Zuckerberg said, 'Today we are introducing WhatsApp payment service in Brazil. We are making the process of sending and receiving money as easy as sending photos. We are soon going to give the convenience of buying and selling to small traders through WhatsApp.'

Zuckerberg said that there has been a partnership with the local banks of Brazil for WhatsApp payment. It will be launched soon in other countries.
