Muslims celebrate a festival of joy after one month of Ramadan ul-Mubarak, which is called Eid ul-Fitr. On the first day of the moon the next day is celebrated when the moon of Eid is sunk and the moon of Eid is seen. According to the Holy Quran, after giving fast for the whole month during Ramadan, Allah rewards his people one day.

Eid shows the importance of sacrifice, self-discipline and charity

This tip of Allah is known as Eid-ul-Fitr. Before the morning prayers in the mosque on Eid, every Muslim has a duty to donate. This donation is called Zakat ul-Fitr and this donation can be of two kilograms of food for anyone. This zakaah is distributed among the poor and it is one of the two Eid in the Islamic year. The first Eid ul-Fitr was celebrated by the Prophet Muhammad, after Jung-e-Badr in 624 AD.

Know history of Eid-ul-Fitr

In Eid Muslims eat food for the first time after 30 days and according to Islamic rules, the Momin fells worship Allah, observe fast and purify their soul by praying to Qur'an Karim, Whose day of meeting Ajra is called Eid day. On this day it is appropriate to give strength to the poor, so that even the poor and forced people can celebrate their Eid, wear new clothes and share happiness with each other in the society.
