The case is in such a way that the dispute between teacher Shyam Singh and Constable Om Prakash over the ownership of cows has been going on since August 2018 and a case was registered at mandor police station. But the police in-charge tried his best to resolve the matter at his level, but he could not succeed.

The police officer interrupted the cow to settle the dispute and then on the one hand teacher Shyam Singh and constable Om Prakash on the other side were asked to give voice to the cow, though the cow ignored both. One of the parties further claimed that the cow drank its own milk when it gave it milk and then the cow was kept in Mandor Gaushala. CCTV cameras were also installed here. But in the end it failed the way too. The case was later produced before the judge when the case reached the court in April 2018. But to hear the case, the judge had to get up from his chair and come out of the court room and then he parked the two fugitives around the cow parked in the car. The statements of both the parties were later recorded by the judge.
