Srinagar: CBI has once again returned the case of abduction of Rubaiya Sayeed, daughter of former Jammu and Kashmir CM and former Home Minister of the country Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, done to get the terrorists released in 1989. has opened. What is Rubaiya Saeed kidnapping case?

It is noteworthy that the security forces had caught some terrorists, to rescue them, on 8 December 1989, Rubaiya Saeed, daughter of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, was allegedly kidnapped. The charge was leveled against Yasin Malik, the chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF). Bowing to pressure from Yasin Malik, the Indian government released Sheikh Abdul Hameed, Ghulam Nabi Butt, Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Mohammad Altaf and Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar. The terrorists were released here and Rubaiya Saeed was also released there. During the time when this whole incident happened, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed was the Home Minister in the Janata Dal government at the Centre.

Yasin Malik has been sentenced to life imprisonment
