Lucknow: The Lucknow police have arrested a landlord who had been raping a minor girl for several days. The accused had caught the teenager talking to her boyfriend and was raping her in the name of telling her father. The distraught girl was about to commit suicide, after which she lodged a complaint with the help of her family members.
According to information, the victim, a resident of Gomti Nagar police station in Lucknow, was talking to her boyfriend one day. During this time, the landlord Atul Tiwari caught the victim, after which he started threatening the victim by pointing her to tell her father and mother at home and started calling her for physical exploitation every day. The accused constantly blackmailed the victim and raped the victim. Fed up with the blackmailing of the accused, the victim was going to commit suicide. However, when the family came to know about it, a case was registered against the accused youth. Now the Police have arrested the accused.
According to ACP Gomti Nagar Sweta Srivastava, the accused Atul Tiwari is the zonal manager of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand in Unija Health Care Medical Company and is the landlord of the victim. He was blackmailing the minor and also raped her, the police have registered a case and sent the accused to jail.
