New Delhi: After seeing the posters and hoardings welcoming the student leader accused in a rape case, after bail, the Supreme Court has expressed displeasure. In fact, slogans like 'Bhaiyya is back' were written on these posters and banners. After which the counsel of the victim girl informed the bench of Chief Justice (CJI) NV Ramanna in this regard. Along with this, it has been told that the accused has been seen celebrating the grant of bail in the local area.

It is noteworthy that the accused has been granted bail by the Madhya Pradesh High Court. According to the report, the Supreme Court on Monday told the defense lawyer in a rape case, 'Ask your brother to be careful this week. He was not sent out to celebrate 'Bhaiya is Back' to celebrate his release. A bench of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice Hima Kohli said, 'What are you celebrating after the bail? There was a hoarding on which it was written, 'Bhaiya is back', what message is this hoarding giving.'

The court asked the defense lawyer, 'There is a hoarding, 'Bhaiya is back', what is it? On what occasion did you put up the hoarding?' In response to which the defense counsel said that the hoarding was probably put up after the accused got bail. The court retaliated and said, 'Ask your brother to be careful this week.' Talking about this case, it has been alleged in its FIR that the accused had established physical relations with the girl on several occasions during a period of three years by making a false promise of marriage. The accused was arrested in September last year. The High Court granted bail saying that there is no need to keep the accused in custody during the entire trial period. The accused had argued in the High Court that there was mutual consent between them.
