Dehradun: The Tourism Department of Uttarakhand is going to launch the Modi Trail soon. The trail will cover the places and activities witnessed by PM Narendra Modi in the wake of a special episode of the survival reality show 'Man vs Wild' with Bear Grylls within the Jim Corbett National Park. Under the Modi Trail, Jim Corbett's wildlife tourists will also now be able to enjoy it. For this, the Tourism Department has started identifying the locations. It has also started looking for a place for tourists to come and stay.

Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj said, "In 2019, PM Narendra Modiji was shown in Discovery Channel's show Man vs Wild with bear grilles, in which he makes a spear with grilles, walks in the tiger area, crosses the river and narrates his experience, all these sighted people also saw. Under the Modi Trail, wildlife tourists will be shown these places.''

He said that on mobile phone we will show Modi Trail and make wildlife tourists experience it. It should be noted that Bear Grylls gave him tips on survival, and talked about the need for efforts to conserve the country's biodiversity and environment. The Modi Trail was announced by Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj in January 2020. He then said that he heard about the Game of Thrones tour while on a trip to Croatia. Under this, tourists are taken to the places where the shooting of Game of Thrones took place. After this, the idea of ​​starting the Modi Trail came. There are reports that the PMO has given permission for the Modi Trail.
