New Delhi:Union Minister for Women and Child Development Smriti Irani has launched a scathing attack on CM Arvind Kejriwal over Health Minister Satyendra Jain in the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi. He tweeted from his official Twitter handle, "Note Kejriwal ji, will present some facts in the press conference at 12:30 pm. Let's see how 'clean' your 'cheating' is!'

A day earlier, on Tuesday, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal broke his silence on the arrest of his government's minister Satyendra Jain, saying the case against Jain was "completely fake and motivated by politics". Kejriwal said the AAP is an honest political party and if there was even one per cent truth in the matter, he would have taken action against Jain himself.

Officials of the central investigating agency, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), had arrested Jain in a money laundering case on Monday. In January, ahead of the Punjab assembly elections, Kejriwal had claimed that he had learnt from sources that Jain could be arrested by the ED.   At the same time, after today's smriti irani's claim, it will be interesting to see what facts the union minister presents against the Kejriwal government.
