No FIR has been registered so far in connection with the allegations leveled against 'Baba Ka Dhaba' owner Kanta Prasad and YouTuber Gaurav Vasan. Police are investigating the role of YouTubers who used to call Kanta Prasad in the preliminary investigation.
Delhi Police DCP (South District) Atul Kumar Thakur has informed the media that 81-year-old Kanta Prasad is in stable condition and has returned home. Kanta Prasad's son had earlier told police that his father had consumed alcohol and sleeping pills. His wife Badami Devi had said that he closed his new restaurant in Malviya Nagar, which opened in December last year, and returned to his old roadside stall as the cost of running the new shop was around Rs 1 lakh, while the income was only around Rs 30,000.
