Jeremy Lalrinnunga is an Indian weightlifter from Aizawl, Mizoram. He represented India at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires and won the gold medal in the boys' 62kg category weightlifting. Thus he became the first Indian to win gold in the Youth Olympics. Jeremy won a silver medal for India at Asian Weightlifting Championship 2018. Jeremy Lalrinnunga won the gold medal in the Commonwealth Games 2022 in the men's 67 kg category by lifting a total weight of 300 kg.

Born on 26 October 2002 in Aizawl, Mizoram, Jeremy is one of the most promising young players in India. His father's name is Lalmaithuwa and is a former boxer. At the same age of 6, he started his training as a boxer under the guidance of his father. Later he started practising weightlifting. He started lifting weights at the age of just 10. Jeremy trained under coach Vijay Sharma and later started training at the Army Sports Institute in Pune. In 2016, he started participating in national and international competitions.
