It's a common belief that males find it too hard to say sorry and to them forgiving someone is not an easy task while women are soft spoken and kind hearted, they can easily forgive someone. But according to the latest study- males are more open to resolving conflicts than women. 

Definitely, question marks to the general belief. How?

Well, we are talking here about the conflict between male to male and female to female. When two male colleagues, friends or relative fight with each other for any reason, they tend to show more friendly gesture to each other after some time of the conflicts, as we know men forgets easily but women, a small conflict between women can turn into a blunder. They might do not abuse each other at the time of fight (which is so common with men) but they keep the conflict in mind for longer times and do not forgive easily. 

In this case, opposing to the popular belief, females are more competitive to each other and are less cooperative. It might be the reason why men have a big friend circle while the focus of females is completely in their family and some good friends.
