Islamabad: Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is currently becoming a laughing stock on social media. In fact, he had claimed in a speech that flour has become Rs 100 a litre in the country. After this statement of Imran Khan, social media users are trolling him fiercely. Actually, the weight of flour is done in kilograms, but Imran Khan has described it in litres.

In a speech on inflation, former Pakistan PM Imran Khan said that the common man who is suffering the most is flour. The dough has doubled. In our era, flour was Rs 50, today it has gone above Rs 100 a litre in Karachi. Now people on social media are calling him Rahul Gandhi of Pakistan. Actually, this is because something similar happened with Rahul Gandhi.

On September 4, Congress held a Halla bol rally against the central government over the price rise at Ramlila Maidan. During this time, Rahul Gandhi targeted the BJP government and told about the tremendous jump in the prices of everyday things between 2014 and 2022. Comparing the prices from the time of UPA's government, he had said that 'mustard oil was Rs 90 a litre, today it is Rs 200 a litre, milk was Rs 33 a litre, today it is Rs 60 a litre, flour was Rs 22 a litre, today it is Rs 40 a litre.' However, Rahul Gandhi corrected his mistake soon after. But, in the clip that went viral, only his mistake was shown.
