Banaras Hindu University's reason of not allowing girls to study in night will disgust you. It was not accepted from such a reputed institute who is alleged to provide best education to students. "It is “immoral” for women to study at night" said the Vice Chancellor of BHU.
One of the student, Mridula Mangalam said, that in campus, often girls face problem of sexism and they are not given much freedom.
If all the female students will protest against the decision, there hostel seat will be given to someone else. Before signing the hostel application there is rule that they can't participate in any kind of strikes.
