His diet contains high protein, moderate carbs and low healthy fats on workout days. On his rest days, he take high protein, moderate carbs and fats.
For carbs: He eats sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, quinoa, fruits and vegetables.
For protein: He eats eggs, fish, chicken, beans, lentil, milk, yogurt, whey protein.
For fats: He eats almonds, peanuts, cashews, peanut butter, chia seeds, flaxseeds, whole egg, fatty fish, avocado and olive oil.
