The best way to experience the clash of cultures in Cyprus is through the mouth watering food. ‘Meze’ is the best way to sample lots of different dishes, with Turkish, Middle Eastern and Greek influence.
History buffs will love the variety of archaeological sites. From the pre-Christian Salamis to the neolithic Choirokoitia, to the multi-period Ancient Kourion, these sites are some of the most impressive in the region.
