The court had also issued orders to provide maintenance to the husband in the case of both of them. Even after this, the husband was not giving maintenance to his wife. After this, on the complaint of the wife, the court has also issued a warrant of recovery against the husband.

The wife alleged that the husband sends her gay pictures with his friend. And he's also pushing for a divorce. So that the wife does not have to provide any kind of sustenance. The husband spends all the money on his friends. It has come to light that district court lawyer Krishna Kumar Kunhare has said that the victim, was married to Deepak, a fashion designer resident of Vijay Nagar, a resident of Sheetal Nagar, on June 2015. After marriage, the husband, husband's brother, and mother-in-law started torturing for dowry. They used to threaten to kill the victim if the demands of the in-laws did not agree.

The fashion designer had also filed a case of domestic violence in the court in this case. In this case, the court has also ordered on behalf of the court in February 2020 to provide sustenance to the victim by the husband every month.

The fashion designer's wife alleged that her husband uploaded obscene pictures on social media. Not only this, but Deepak has also tagged his wife. The victim alleges that she was made fun of in front of acquaintances. After which husband Deepak and his male friend threatened the victim. They said you were between the two of us. Either get divorced, or you'll end up with your life. On this basis, the victim lodged a complaint with the Police Station Lasudia and the court.
