Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash wrote a letter to Delhi CM over today's meeting of council of ministers on budget session, says, 'will attend the meeting on the assumption that CM will ensure there is no physical attack & verbal assault on the officers'

In a continued standoff with AAP Government over the alleged assault of Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence as IAS Joint Forum on Monday sought a written apology from the Delhi Chief Minister as a prerequisite to any talks with the state government.

 IAS Joint Forum spokesperson Pooja Joshi said,'' the Forum demands a written apology from both the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.

The Joint Forum of Delhi Government Employees demands that the prerequisite to any dialogue with the political executive is a specific written and public apology from the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister regarding the criminal act of physical assault on the Chief Secretary at midnight in the intervening night of 19 & 20 February, 2018 at Chief Minister's residence by MLAs in the presence of the CM and Dy CM. ''
