New Delhi: The demand for conferring India's highest civilian award 'Bharat Ratna' to the country's well-known industrialist Ratan Tata has now intensified. The matter has now reached the Delhi High Court. A petition has been filed in this matter, which is going to be heard on Thursday. Former President Pranab Mukherjee, singer Bhupen Hazarika and late singer Lata Mangeshkar are also among those honored with Bharat Ratna.
