Subhash Kapoor's Akshay Kumar and Huma Qureshi starrer the sequel to Jolly LLB did very well at the box office and entered in INR 100 crore club. 

The makers at the success bash of the film announced the third part to the franchise and if the reports are to be believed then SRK is being considered for Jolly LLB 3 . 

The confirmation is yet to announce, says the source, "Right now, the script is not ready but the makers definitely want to take the successful franchise forward and make a third instalment. Subhash wants to take a small break before he starts scripting that. They are happy with how the sequel has performed at the box office and are keen to cast Shah Rukh in the third part. The director had even approached SRK for Jolly LLB role which was finally done by Arshad Warsi. He has many concepts for the Jolly series and wants Shah Rukh to act in at least one. But he will only finalise it after the team returns from their break."
