Cricket West Indies said in a statement, 'The board gave in-principle approval to the proposed England tour of the West Indies'. This decision has been taken only after a detailed discussion with the Cricket Board, their medical and health advisors.

According to media reports, the England and Wales Cricket Board has proposed two venues for the Test series starting July 8, Agias Bowles of Hampshire and Old Trafford in Lancashire and both have hotels. All matches will be played in a closed stadium without spectators.
