New Delhi: The cold in Delhi is not taking a name. On Saturday, once again a tremendous drop in temperature has been recorded. However, the matter of relief is that some improvement in the level of pollution is visible. The temperature in Safdarjung, Delhi at 5.30 am Saturday was recorded at 6.8 degrees Celsius. At Palam, the temperature was recorded at 8.5 degrees.

On Friday, in the Safdarjung area, the temperature at 9 am was 9.2 degrees, while in Palam, the temperature was recorded at 8.2 degrees. On Saturday, 2000 meters visibility was recorded in Safdarjung, while in Palam also 2000 visibility was recorded. At the same time, there has been some improvement in the level of pollution. AQI (PM 2.5) was 116 (moderate) in Delhi, 83 (satisfactory) in Gurugram and 151 (moderate) in Paridabad.

21 trains coming to Delhi are reaching the Rajdhani from Saturday 1 to 6 hours late. The most delayed trains include Puri-New Delhi Purushottam Express and Raxaul-Anand Vihar Sadbhavana Express, which are coming to Delhi with a delay of 6 hours. Additionally, Gaya-Mahabodhi Express is running 2 hours 30 minutes late, Raxaul-Anand Vihar Satyagraha Express 1 hour, Rewa-Anand Vihar Rewa Express 1 hour 30 minutes late.
