Wipro new Chief Executive Officer who was serving for the company since April 2015, Abidali Neemuchwala has received $1.8 million as compensation for the Fiscal Year 2016.
TCS which is India’s leading IT services provider, paid annual salary of $3.8 million (around Rs 25.6 crore) to its Chief Executive Officer. T.K. Kurien seving as current executive vice-chairman and former CEO received $2.1 million as salary.
Other executives like Chief Strategic Officer Rishad Premji received $325,462 as salary for the period between April 2015 and March 2016.
The company’s billionaire chairman Azim Premji, took home an annual salary package of $327,993.
