  • 2 cups grated bottle gourd
  • 5 tbsp ghee
  • 2 cups mixed dry fruits
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom and nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 250 grams sugar

Method of Preparation

To make bottle gourd laddoos, start by squeezing out the water from grated bottle gourd. Heat ghee in a pan and add the bottle gourd. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it turns golden brown. Add sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves completely. Then, add crushed dry fruits and continue to roast them lightly.
