Cairo: Saudi Arabia believes that its relations with Israel are not going to be normal without resolving the Palestinian troubles. Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz said this in a phone conversation with US President Donald Trump. According to media reports, the united Arab Emirates (UAE) and Israel's mid-past month's landmark agreement have also been mentioned in the U.S. umbrella amid talks. After Egypt and Jordan, the UAE has become the third Arab country to have normal relations with Israel.

Shah Salman spoke to Trump that he appreciates the efforts of the United States to build peace. However, Saudi Arabia is seeking a fairer and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue in the wake of the 2002 Arab peace resolution. The Arab countries had issued a proposal to grant Palestine free status and vacate territory occupied by the 1967 war to make relations with Israel the first.

Saudi Arabia does not recognize Israel, but this month it has allowed the use of its airspace for direct flight between the UAE and Israel. White House adviser and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner had hoped that other Arab countries were coming forward to normalize relations with Israel in the coming moment. However, so far no other Arab country has said that it is thinking about it.
