Mumbai: Monday (November 1, 2021) has again taken a new turn after the release of Aryan Khan in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. Sam D'Souza, the main witness in the case, suddenly appeared before the media several days later and made a series of major revelations. Sam has claimed that the drugs were not recovered from Aryan Khan. Kiran Gosavi just wanted to recover money from Shah Rukh Khan.
Sam said, 'There was a deal between Shah Rukh Khan's staff and some witnesses in the Aryan case. Kiran Gosavi and Prabhakar Sail were involved in the deal. The duo had taken Rs 50 lakh as token money from Shah Rukh's manager Pooja Dadlani. Sunil Patil was behind the deal. He was directing Gosavi.'' On the Rs 18 crore deal in exchange for Aryan's release, Sam D'Souza said, "I have nothing to do with it. Sunil Patil had called me and said that he had some information about the Cordelia ship. He then called me and asked me to connect with the NCB officer. When I connected, I got a call from Kiran Gosavi. He said that we are still in Ahmedabad and will reach Mumbai by 7 am.''
Talking to the media, Sam D'Souza said that Gosavi had told him that he (Aryan Khan) was clean, nothing was found from him and we could help him. Gosavi then showed me Aryan Khan's silver coloured bag and also took a picture of the bag. Sam said he (Gosavi) then went to the NCB office. Gosavi recorded Aryan's voice in which Aryan was saying, 'Papa, I am in NCB. Sam D'Souza has also spoken to Shah Rukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani.'
Sam further said that he told Pooja that he did not know much about it. Come and meet those who are handling the matter. Then we met him at Lower Parel, where Gosavi, I and Pooja Dadlani's husband were also present. Sam said that I came to know through Sunil Patil that Gosavi had asked for a token amount of Rs 50 lakh to help Aryan. Kiran Gosavi has been arrested by the police from Pune in the past. His selfie with Aryan was also revealed. The crime branch has arrested him in a three-year-old cheating case.
