According to media reports, Lewis completed a half-century in 41 balls and a century in 96 balls. He shared 100 runs for the third wicket with Brendan King (38 runs from 43 balls) and laid the foundation for the team's easy victory. In the middle order, Nicolas Puran scored an unbeaten 43 off 44 balls while playing another fine inning, before leg-spinner Hayden Walsh took 4 wickets for 36 runs which helped Ireland to 203 runs in 49.1 overs. Shrunk to Fast bowler Oshen Thomas, returning to the team, also took 3 wickets for 41 runs. Captain Andy Balbarney scored the highest 71 runs for Ireland. Balbarney hit 6 fours and 2 sixes during his ninth ODI international half-century. Andy McBrine has played an innings of 25 runs.
