Bhopal: A woman has committed suicide by hanging herself in shahpura bungalow of former minister and Congress MLA from Gandhwani Umang Singhar. The woman has been identified as Sonia Bhardwaj as part of information received in the case. The suicide note was reportedly recovered from the woman. In that note, the woman told Umang Singhar that she regrets that she could not be a part of her life. Now, after knowing the case, the police have registered a case and started an investigation.

In the same case, investigating officer SI Rinku Jatav said, "The woman has been identified as Sonia Bhardwaj. She is a resident of Baldev Nagar in Ambala, Haryana. She is married, her husband's name is Sanjeev Kumar. She had been living in shahpura bungalow for the past one month. While she hanged herself on Sunday evening. The servant of the bungalow reportedly lives with his wife. The door was locked from inside when his wife went for cleaning last Sunday.

When he informed Umang Singhar, he sent people known to him and opened the door. As soon as the door opened, everyone lost consciousness. Everyone saw the woman hanging from the snare on the grill above the door. The woman was dead when the people who ran went and saw that she had died. After all this, the police were informed. Police rushed to the spot and started an investigation.
