In Britain, a woman could not become a mother by mistake of a hospital. Now to become a mother from surrogacy, the hospital may have to pay Rs 5.30 crore as compensation. The woman has won the case in the appellate court. After this the matter has now reached the Supreme Court. Because of the many restrictions in England, the woman wants to become a mother of four children with surrogacy techniques in California, USA.

She has demanded compensation from Vittington Hospital. In fact, due to the negligence of the hospital, for four years the woman could not detect the initial symptoms of cancer. Due to delay in treatment, the woman had to undergo radio chemotherapy instead of operation and now she cannot become a mother.

According to experts on this matter, this is the first case of such controversy in surrogacy technique. In such a situation, the eyes of medical professionals around the world are set on the decision coming from the Supreme Court. It is believed that this decision will become a forerunner in such a dispute in the future. The woman was so eager to become a mother that she started her treatment too late. Before this, he got his twelve eggs safe. Then she started chemotherapy.

The victim had undergone cancer for the first time at the age of 25 ten years ago. After this, he did tests several times. Every time he was told that he was all right. After this, at the age of 29, he was told that he had cervical cancer. The hospital admitted negligence and wrong results during the investigation. However, it was too late by then and she could no longer be a mother even if she wanted to.
